Customer Data

Customer Data includes data relating to any purchases of goods/services including but not limited to your name, title, billing/delivery address, email address, phone number, contact details, purchase details and your card details.  Card details are not held by us as transactions are processed via Sage Pay (Opayo), you can find Sage Pay/Opayo’s own privacy policy here https://www.opayo.co.uk/policies/privacy-policy. We will only use this customer data to provide you with the goods and/or services you have purchased and to keep records of such transactions for our records.

Contact forms and Communications Data

Communication Data includes but is not limited to any communication that you send to us through our website, such as email, text, social media messaging / posting, online contact forms or any other communication that you send us. We process this data for the purposes of communicating with you, for record keeping and for the establishment, pursuance or defence of legal claims where necessary.
